摘要
党建引领是高校学科沿着正确的政治方向和价值导向发展的保证.本文针对地方应用型本科高校,以宿州学院地质类专业教师党支部为例,探讨了创新党建工作制度,以高质量党建引领学科发展、培养地质专业人才方面的措施和经验.
Abstract
The guidance of party building is a guarantee for the development of university disciplines along the correct political direction and value orientation,and is a battleground for the party to guide higher education.This paper focuses on local application-oriented undergraduate universities,taking the party branch of geological teachers at Suzhou University as an example,and explores the measures and experiences of innovating the party building work system,leading the development of disciplines with high-quality party building,and cultivating geological professionals.
