CBL的优势、劣势及改进措施研究——以病理学与病理生理学课程为例

CBL是一种非常值得在高等职业医学教育中进一步深入研究的教学方法.CBL让学生置身真实场景中学习,从而促进学生实现更高水平的认知,但在针对临床医学专业的高等职业教育中的研究较少.通过雨课堂研究教学过程中的数据、学生的反馈信息以及学生成绩,显示CBL可以明显提高学生的学习兴趣,但对学习成绩的影响不明显.如果教师能够调整CBL教学中的一些环节,如给予更多的引导、提示、小结,则可能进一步提升学习成绩.
Research on the Advantages,Disadvantages,and Improvement Measures of CBL:Taking Pathology and Pathophysiology as an Example
CBL allows students to learn in real-life scenarios,thereby promoting higher levels of cognition,but there is limited research in higher vocational education for clinical medicine majors.Through studying the data during the teaching process,student feedback,and student grades in Rain Classroom,it is shown that CBL can significantly enhance students'interest in learning,but its impact on academic performance is not significant.If teachers can adjust some aspects of teaching,such as providing more guidance,prompts,and summaries,it may further improve academic performance.CBL is a teaching method that is highly worthy of further in-depth research in higher vocational medical education.
