当前,高职教育进入高水平发展阶段,要求高职教师教学发展由"会教学"向"会教学研究"转变。教学学术研究是高职教师结合自身教学实践开展学术研究以改进学生学习、促进教学水平提升并将研究结果贡献学术共同体的实践活动,它是高职教师"会教学研究"的基本方式。通过对教学学术研究的理论、基本框架和一个案例研究的介绍与分析,本文展示出高职教师教学学术研究的一般过程和方法,启发和帮助高职教师开展更多更高质量的教学学术研究,促进高职教师教学发展。
On How Teachers of Higher Vocational Education Do Well in Teaching Academic Research:A Case Study
Under the stage of advanced level development,it requires higher vocational teachers to transform their teaching development from"Proficient Teaching"to"Proficient Teaching Research".Teaching academic research is a practical activity that vocational teachers shall carry out academic research in combination with their own teaching practice,so as to improve students'learning,promote the improvement of teaching level and contribute the research results to the academic community.It is the basic way of"Teaching Research"for vocational teachers.With the introduction and analysis of the theory,basic framework and a case study of teaching academic research,this paper shows the general process and methods of teaching academic research of higher vocational teachers,then enlightens and helps them to carry out high quality teaching academic research and promote the teaching development.
