新工科背景下机械类专业课程体系改革探究——以模具设计与制造专业为例

为了应对新一轮的产业革命和技术革命,中国高等工程教育提出了新工科建设行动计划,为工程技术教学改革和工科类学科建设指出了方向。基于新工科"工程范式"课程体系建设要求,我校模具专业紧跟行业智能制造转型升级,进行了课程体系改革与实践探索。本文分析了新工科背景下模具专业课程体系现状;并对近三年模具专业人才能力需求调研数据进行解析,明确新工科背景下人才能力需求特征;确定模具专业课程体系改革思路,对我校模具专业课程体系进行改革重构;最后总结实践探究成果,以期为机械类专业课程体系改革探索途径。
Research on the Reform of the Curriculum System for Mechanical Specialty Courses in the Context of New Engineering Science:Taking the Mold Design and Manufacturing Major as an Example
China's higher engineering education puts forward the construction plan of new engineering disciplines,which points out the direction for the reform of engineering education and the construction of engineering disciplines in order to meet the new round of industrial revolution and scientific and technological revolution.In accordance with the requirements of"engineering paradigm"curriculum system construction of new engineering science,the mold major in our school has transformed and upgraded following the industry's intelligent manufacturing,and carried out curriculum system reform and practical exploration.This paper analyzes the current status of the curriculum system of the mold major in the context of new engineering science;illustrates the research data on the demand for mold talents'ability in the past three years,and clarifies the characteristics of the demand for talents'ability;determines the reform thought of the curriculum system of the mold major,and reconstructs the curriculum system of the mold major in our school;finally,the results of the practical exploration is summarized to explore the way of reforming the curriculum system for mechanical specialty courses.
