摘要
高职院校可以通过文化引领树立劳动价值观、顶层设计构建制度保障、专创融合开展综合实践、政校行企搭建融合平台等途径,促进劳动教育与学校综合实践活动、公益活动的融合发展,提高劳动教育的实效性和针对性,培育德智体美劳全面发展的建设者和接班人.
Abstract
Promoting the integration of labor education,comprehensive practice activities and public welfare activities is the only way for the innovation and development of labor education in higher vocational colleges.Through cultural guidance to establish labor values,top-level design to build institutional guarantee,specialized innovation and integration to carry out comprehensive practice,government,schools,banks and enterprises to build an integration platform,vocational colleges can promote the integration and development of labor education,school comprehensive practice and public welfare activities,improve the effectiveness and pertinence of labor education,and cultivate builders and successors with all-round development in morals,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.
