思政引领下"财务管理"高阶性课堂教学设计与实践

在思政引领下将思想政治教育、价值理念及精神追求合理地渗透融入"财务管理"教学中,构建"显性教学+隐性熏陶"的教学模式,可以有效地提升专业课程教学效果。文章拟构建高阶性专业课堂,首先从宏观财务管理环境进行分析和讨论,提升学生的文化自信和制度自信,培养学生的家国情怀;其次从微观层面的典型财务舞弊案例与债券违约案例研究中对学生的道德修养、人文素质与价值观进行锻造,在价值引导中内化知识,培养学生综合专业技能与思想道德并重、学思结合的能力,以及新益求新的创新精神。
Design and Practice of Advanced Classroom Teaching for Financial Management under the Guidance of Ideological and Political Education
Under the guidance of ideological and political education,value concepts,and spiritual pursuits,we can reasonably integrate them into the teaching of"Financial Management",and construct a teaching model of"explicit teaching and implicit influence",which can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of professional courses.The article intends to construct a high-level professional classroom.Firstly,it analyzes and discusses the macro financial management environment to enhance students'cultural and institutional confidence,and cultivate their sense of patriotism;Secondly,at the micro level,forging students'moral cultivation,humanistic qualities,and values through the study of typical financial fraud cases and bond default cases,internalizing knowledge through value guidance,cultivate students'comprehensive professional skills and ideological and moral abilities,the ability to combine learning and thinking,and the innovative spirit of seeking new benefits.
