Research on Strategies for Enhancing Classroom Happiness of Private Vocational College English Teachers-Based on Bronfenbrenner's Ecosystem Theory
Private vocational colleges are an important component of higher education in China,but their teachers have a low sense of professional happiness,especially English public course teachers who feel constrained by various factors in the main teaching battlefield-classroom.On the basis of Bronfenbrenner's four levels of Ecosystem Theory and in the broad classroom system,this article specifies the research for classroom teaching situation of three private vocational college English teachers in Suzhou,and explores strategies to improve teaching effectiveness and enhance the professional happiness of teachers,aiming to provide a feasible research path for the professional happiness of private vocational college English teachers.
