摘要

本文旨在探讨婴幼儿托育服务人员专业素养的提升路径.通过文献综述和分析,总结当前婴幼儿托育服务人员所需的专业素养,包括但不限于教育背景、技能培训、心理素养等方面.同时,探讨提升这些素养的途径,包括政策支持、培训机制、实践经验等方面.最后,提出进一步研究和实践的建议,以期为婴幼儿托育服务人员的专业发展提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the way to improve the professional quality of infant childcare service personnel.Through the literature review and analysis,this paper summarizes the professional qualities required by the current infant childcare service personnel,including but not limited to the educational background,skill training,psychological literacy and other aspects.At the same time,this paper discusses the ways to improve these qualities,including policy support,training mechanism,practical experience and other on.Finally,this paper proposes further research and practice in order to provide reference and reference for the professional development of infant care workers.
