摘要
新时代,在高质量发展的要求下,国有企业作为中国经济的重要支柱,面临着多重挑战和压力.为应对复杂的经济环境和日益激烈的市场竞争,重庆市提出实施"三攻坚一盘活"改革突破,国有企业改革成为其重要内容.基于此,本文将在"三攻坚一盘活"改革突破背景下,深入探讨国有企业高质量发展的重要机遇,研究提出国有企业高质量发展的具体策略,以期能够为国有企业高质量发展提供有效指导.
Abstract
In the new era,under the requirement of high-quality development,state-owned enterprises,as an important pillar of the Chinese economy,are facing multiple challenges and pressures.To cope with the complex economic environment and increasingly fierce market competition,Chongqing has proposed to implement the"Three Conquests and One Breakthrough"reform,and the reform of state-owned enterprises has become an important part of it.Based on this,this article will explore in depth the important opportunities for high-quality development of state-owned enterprises in the context of the breakthrough of the"Three Conquests and One Breakthrough"reform,and propose specific strategies for high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,in order to provide effective guidance for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
