关于新时代加强医院青年职工理想信念教育的思考

青年职工是医院发展的生力军和潜力股.本调查通过问卷形式,以通用技术集团旗下各医院40岁及以下青年为调查对象,对青年的理想信念展开调查,共计312份.调查结果显示,医院青年职工人生价值目标明确、职业认同感强、团队协作意识佳、抗压能力强、归属感强,但也存在一些问题,如缺乏内在活力、进取意识差,竞争意识不强.因此,对于医院的青年职工来说,面对新时代、新征程和医疗体制改革下的新要求,医院需加强他们的政治理论学习、强化专业技能训练、坚持激励与约束并重,持续加强青年职工的理想信念教育,引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观.这对医院的发展和青年职工的成长成才都有着极其重要的意义.
Thoughts on Strengthening Ideal and Belief Education of Young Hospital Staff in the New Era
Young workers are the vital force and potential resource for the development of hospitals.This survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires on the ideal beliefs of young people,totaling 312,with young people aged 40 and below in the hospitals under the General Technology Group as the target respondents.The results of the survey show that young hospital workers have clear life value goals,a strong sense of professional identity,a good sense of teamwork,a strong ability to resist pressure,and a strong sense of belonging,but there are some problems,such as a lack of inner vitality,a weak sense of enterprise ownership,and a weak sense of competition.Therefore,for the young workers in the hospital,facing the new era,new journey and new requirements under the reform of medical system,the hospital has to strengthen their political theory learning,strengthen professional skills training,insist on incentives and constraints,and continue to strengthen the ideal and belief education of the young workers and guide them to set up a correct worldview,outlook on life and values,which is of great significance to the development of the hospital and the growth and success of the young workers.
