民族地区医学检验技术本科教育与创新创业教育融合的实践研究

创新创业教育融入医学检验技术本科教育是新时代下院校内涵发展的必然要求,是医学检验技术专业毕业生提高就业率的重要保障。创新创业教育融入民族地区医学检验技术本科教育,是民族地区实现医疗技术创新的迫切需要,是区域特色环境疾病与方案解决的定势趋向。针对目前学生实践能力缺乏、思维定式化、民族地区医疗诊断行业发展区域性等问题,本文从课堂内容、教学模式、师资强化等三个方面探索创新创业教育下的应用型医学检验技术本科人才培养模式,以满足具有强适应力、高技术力、新创造力的人才质量需求。
Practical Research on the Integration of Undergraduate Medical Laboratory Technology Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Ethnic Regions
The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the undergraduate education of medical laboratory technology is an inevitable requirement for the connotative development of colleges in the new era,and an important guarantee for the employment rate of medical laboratory technology graduates.The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the undergraduate education of medical laboratory technology in ethnic regions is an urgent need to realize medical technology innovation in these areas,and it is a prevailing trend for addressing regional characteristic environmental diseases.In view of current problems such as the lack of practical ability among students,formalized thinking,and the regional development of the medical diagnosis industry in ethnic regions,the cultivation of applied medical laboratory technology undergraduate talents under innovation and entrepreneurship education is explored from three aspects,including classroom content,teaching mode,and teacher reinforcement,so as to meet the quality needs of talents with strong adaptability,high technology skills,and new creativity.
