Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation of Clinical Thinking Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Higher Vocational Education:Taking the Course of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostics as an Example
As a fundamental and core course of traditional Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is one of the core courses for cultivating a solid theoretical foundation and clinical thinking ability in traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are problems in teaching,such as weak cultivation of clinical thinking ability,lack of modern teaching methods,and insufficient connection between theory and clinical practice.Based on problem orientation,the course content is reconstructed from the perspective of reconnecting with traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice.Beginning with a student-centered reform of teaching methods,strengthening systematic training of traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking,and exploring assessment systems emphasizing the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,taking the course of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis as an example,we aim to strengthen the organic integration and comprehensive training of students'four diagnostic and syndrome differentiation content,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and provide some reference experience for the reform of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis courses.
