A Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students'Employment Competitiveness Based on Character Portrait Technology

大学生就业问题中长期存在两大突出矛盾,即"就业难与招聘难长期共存".这两大矛盾的根源在于大学生缺乏对就业竞争力的科学判断.本文通过运用人物画像技术,将原本单一的、孤立的指标和数据,整合并描绘出一个整体的、客观的用户画像,为高校开展职业生涯规划和大学生个人的求职就业提供科学依据.
Abstract
There are two prominent conflicts(contradictions)in the long-term employment issues facing college students,namely the long-term coexistence of employment difficulties and recruitment difficulties.The root cause of these conflicts lies in the lack of scientific judgment by college students regarding their employment competitiveness.This article uses the technique of character portraiture to depict a whole and objective user portrait from isolated indicators and data,providing scientific evidence for career planning in universities and individual job searches and employment among college students.
