Problems and countermeasures of"School-enterprise cooperation"in education under the background of expanding enrollment:A case study of G Polytechnic Of Sports
After the"One million enrollment expansion",higher vocational students have become diverse and complex, and the difficulty of student management has increased sharply. Therefore, this paper takes G Polytechnic of Sports as the research object and surveys the teachers and students of the college through interviews and questionnaires. The main problems are:the school does not play a leading role in management, and the enterprise lacks experience in school-enterprise cooperation education.Based on the theory of collaborative management, this paper puts forward countermeasures for"educating students through school-enterprise cooperation"under the background of enrollment expansion. These include:clarifying the goal and awareness of the internal driving force, giving full play to the function of the subjects involved in collaborative management, innovating the mechanism of multi-subject collaborative management, and strengthening the capacity for collaborative management.
