Improvement and Practice of Course Assessment Plan Based on T-state Model
The course assessment plan has been improved from two dimensions:the horizontal element design dimension based on the T-state model.That has been the knowledge,ability and quality of learners all measured in the assessment;the depth of vertical thinking,and the logical value progression.The improvement of the assessment plan of the management communication course has been based on the T-state model,aiming to improve the"high-level"and"challenge"of the course.Improve the assessment by establishing a"goal-oriented"test question bank,building a network teaching resource bank,establishing a staged assessment plan,and building a three-dimensional assessment model combining online and offline.During the specific implementation process,pre-class arrangement,in-class voting,question and answer,after-class test and final test are all centered on the principle of enhancing applicability and flexibility to build a rich and reflective assessment system.The implementation results have shown that the new assessment scheme can improve learners'participation and learning enthusiasm,help cultivate learners'habit of lifelong learning,improve teamwork and ability to solve complex problems,and form a horizontal and vertical course assessment structure.A high-quality,goal-oriented overall assessment of progressive effects.
