Analysis of the effect of bundled nursing intervention on accelerating the rehabilitation speed of ICU mechanical ventilation and reducing the probability of complications
Objective To explore the effect of adopting bundled nursing measures on accelerating rehabilitation speed and reducing the incidence of complications in ICU mechanically ventilated patients.Method 96 ICU mechanical ventilation patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=48,routine care)and an observation group(n=48,bundled care measures)according to the principle of random number grouping.The recovery speed and incidence of mechanical ventilation related complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Result The ICU treatment time,mechanical ventilation time,and symptom improvement time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with bundled nursing measures for ICU mechanically ventilated patients can accelerate disease recovery speed,reduce the incidence of complications,and have a positive effect on improving the treatment prognosis of patients.
