摘要
谈心谈话是辅导员开展思想政治工作的有力抓手,也是辅导员必备的职业技能.心理咨询相关技术的运用,可以帮助辅导员在开展谈心谈话时更加直击要点,促使学生敞开心扉,同时纠正错误行为.本文通过分析谈心谈话的目的和调研谈心谈话中存在的误区,将心理咨询技巧融入谈心谈话中,并对模型进行探究,旨在帮助辅导员提升谈心谈话的效果.
Abstract
Heart-to-heart talks are the key to counselors'ideological and political work,and are also a necessary professional skill for counselors.The use of psychological counseling techniques can help counselors to more directly address key points in heart-to-heart talks,which is beneficial for students to open up and change their erroneous behaviors.By analyzing the purpose of heart-to-heart talks and investigating the misunderstandings in heart-to-heart talks,applying psychological counseling techniques to heart-to-heart talks,and exploring their models,counselors can improve the effectiveness of heart-to-heart talks.
