Reflection on Improving the Teaching of Engineering Practice Course in Fundamentals of Power Electronic Control Theory
This essay delves into the innovation of teaching modes and methodologies for the course"Fundamentals of Power Electronic Control Theory,"situated against the backdrop of Shaoyang University's pursuit of becoming an applied technology institution.By evaluating established educational paradigms in a fresh perspective,the feasibility of introducing new teaching methods such as blended learning,project-based learning,and flipped classroom was proposed,and implementation strategies were elaborated in detail.At the same time,the key role of teachers in improving teaching quality was emphasized,and suggestions were put forward to enhance teacher development and motivation strategies.Finally,through practical application and effectiveness evaluation,the positive impact of innovating teaching modes on enhancing student learning outcomes was confirmed.This article aims to provide useful references for Shaoyang University in nurturing a greater number of exceptional technical talents with practical skills.
