摘要

目的 分析以问题为基础(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法在人体解剖学实习教学中的应用效果和价值.方法 此次研究从2022年3月—2023年3月在我院进行人体解剖学实习的学生中随机抽取68例作为试验对象,根据抽签的方式对学生进行随机分组,对照组与观察组各有34例学生.对照组开展常规人体解剖学实习教学,观察组在常规教学法基础上开展PBL教学法.针对不同组别学生开展教学前后的考核成绩评分、批判性思维评分、创新思维能力评分进行比较,同时比较不同组别的学生对教学结果的满意度.结果 在开展教学前不同组别学生的考核成绩、批判性思维评分、创新思维能力评分无明显差异(P>0.05),在开展教学后观察组学生考核成绩、批判性思维评分、创新思维能力评分相比对照组更高,数据统计学检验结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组学生对教学效果的满意度相比对照组更高,数据统计学检验结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在人体解剖学实习教学中开展PBL教学法对于提升学生的能力有重要作用,因此具有较高的推广价值.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of problem-based learning(PBL)in anatomy experiment teaching.Methods This study randomly selected 68 students who conducted anatomy experiments in our school from March 2022 to March 2023 as the subjects.The students were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of drawing lots,with 34 students in each group.control group conducted regular anatomy experiment teaching,while the observation group conducted PBL teaching based on regular teaching methods.The assessment scores,critical thinking scores,and innovative ability scores of the students before and after the teaching were compared,and the satisfaction of the students with the teaching results was also compared.Results There were significant differences in the assessment scores,critical thinking scores,and innovative thinking ability scores between the two groups before the teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the observation group had higher scores in these aspects than the control group,and the statistical analysis showed that the differences were significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching effect was higher than that of the control group,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in anatomy experiment teaching is important for improving students'abilities,and therefore has high promotional value
