摘要

简述了采场顶板灾害预警技术发展的理论基础,归纳总结了超前段、采场支架、采空区三大类实时监测预警系统,系统梳理了锚杆支护巷道矿压、钻孔应力、电磁辐射、微电流、微震/地音、采场支架阻力、采空区风压等各类在线式监测预警系统的预警原理及测站布置.在此基础上,指出了当前煤矿采场顶板实时监测预警系统存在的不足,并对采场顶板实时监测预警系统的进一步融合发展与体系化应用进行了展望与初步构想:基于各类在线式监测系统的多源信息,实现采场顶板灾害融合预警及矿井灾害预警系统的制度化管理.通过综合分析各类在线式监测预警系统的技术现状,为采场顶板灾害实时预警系统的进一步发展指明方向.

Abstract

This article briefly described the theoretical basis for the development of early warning technology of the stope roof disaster.Three types of real-time monitoring and early warning systems,including the over-front section,stope support and goaf were summarized.It systematically reviewed the station deployment and early warning principles of various online monitoring and early warning systems,such as rockbolt support mine pressure in roadway,borehole stress,electromagnetic radiation,micro-current,microseism/ground sound,stope support resistance,and goaf wind pressure,etc.On this basis,this paper pointed out the shortcomings of the current real-time monitoring and early warning system of coal mine stope roof,and prospects the further fusion development and systematic application of the real-time monitoring and early warning system of stope roof:multi-source information fusion and early warning of stope roof disaster based on various online monitoring systems,which realize a systematic management of mine disaster early warning system.Based on a comprehensive analyses of the technical availability of various online monitoring and early warning systems,this article pointed out the direction for the further development of the real-time early warning system of stope roof disasters.
