摘要
矿用变频器作为矿井通风系统的重要装置,其散热性能将影响煤矿的安全生产.为便于井下安装调试,当前矿用变频器要求更大功率体积比.为解决上述问题,提出了一种适用于局部通风机的嵌入式风冷变频器结构,利用风机工作风流,以强迫风冷的方式进行变频器散热.以常规型散热翅片为基础,设计了等腰三角形与圆弧形结构散热翅片,分别进行了三维建模及结温理论计算,使用有限元法对3 种模型进行数值模拟,并对IGBT模块的温度场和矢量场进行分析.结果表明:数值模拟与理论计算结果的误差不超过5%;翅片间距越小,气流损失越严重,等腰三角形和圆弧形翅片下的流动损失问题得到更好的解决;圆弧形翅片的间距小但通过增大翅片与流体的对流换热面积提升了散热性能.散热性能最优的圆弧形散热翅片在翅片间距不变,翅片高度和厚度分别为105 mm和5 mm时,散热性能达到最佳.
Abstract
As an important device of mine ventilation system,the heat emission performance of mine frequency converter will affect the safety production of coal mine.The current mine frequency converter requires higher power to volume ratio,which is conducive to underground installation and commissioning.In order to solve the above problems,an embedded air-cooled frequency converter structure based on local ventilator was proposed.By using the working air flow of fan,the frequency converter was cooled by forced air cooling.Based on the conventional fin,the isosceles triangle and arc fin were designed,and the three-dimensional modeling and junction temperature theoretical calculation were carried out respectively.The finite element method was used to simulate the three models.The temperature and vector field of IGBT module were analyzed.The results show that the error between numerical simulation and theoretical calculation is within 5%;the smaller the fin spacing will be,the more serious the air flow loss is,and the problem of flow loss under isosceles triangular and circular fins is better solved;the fin spacing of circular fins is small,but the heat emission performance is improved by increasing the convective heat transfer area between the fins and the fluid.The optimal arc-shaped fins have the best heat emission performance when the fin spacing is constant,the fin height and thickness are 105 mm and 5 mm respectively.
