摘要

为了提高尾矿回水质量,研究了某铜渣选矿厂尾矿的沉降性能.考察了不同粒度尾矿的沉降性能,探讨了高分子絮凝剂种类及用量对尾矿沉降效果的影响.结果表明,使用高分子絮凝剂可以大幅度提高细粒尾矿沉降速度,同时降低澄清水的浊度,其中阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺比非离子型聚丙烯酰胺及阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺效果好,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺的较佳用量为6 g/m3.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of wastewater from tailings,settling performance of tailings from a copper slag concentrator was studied.Based on the comparison of settling performances of tailings with different size distribution,the influence of polymer flocculants of different type and dosage on settling effects was discussed.Results show that the sedimentation velocity of fine-grained tailings is substantially improved,and the supernatant turbidity is reduced by using polymer flocculants,among which cationic-type polyacrylamides performs better than both non-ionic and anionic ones,with an appropriate dosage of 6 g/m3.
