异十醇聚氧乙烯醚-硫酸铵双水相体系萃取分离钼和铜

首次采用异十醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1006)-硫酸铵双水相体系萃取分离溶液中的钼和铜,测定了体系相图,研究了水相初始pH值、体系温度、E-1006 和硫酸铵质量浓度对钼、铜分离效果的影响.结果表明:在pH值 2.0、温度 313.15 K、E-1006 和(NH4)2SO4 质量浓度均为 150 g/L条件下,钼萃取率为 96.08%,钼铜分离因子达 5131.45.
Separation of Mo(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)Using Aqueous Two-Phase System of Isodecanol Polyoxyethylene Ether and Ammonium Sulfate
Mo(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)in aqueous solution were extracted by using an aqueous two-phase system consisting of isodecanol polyoxyethylene ether(E-1006)and ammonium sulfate((NH4)2SO4)for the first time,and a phase diagram of the system was also obtained.Effects of initial pH of aqueous phase,temperature of system,and concentrations of E-1006 and(NH4)2SO4 on Mo-Cu separation effect were also investigated.The results show that with pH of 2.0,temperature of 313.15 K,and both E-1006 and(NH4)2SO4 at concentration of 150 g/L,the extraction efficiency of Mo(Ⅵ)is 96.08%and the separation factor for Mo(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)is 5 131.45.
