中国政府创新补助对双元创新绩效的影响研究
Research on the influence of Chinese government innovation subsidies on dual innovation performance

摘要
装备制造业是事关国家安全和国民经济发展的重要战略性产业,探究政府如何更好地帮助装备制造企业取得技术创新突破具有重要的理论和实践价值,本文以中国沪深A股装备制造业上市公司为样本,基于外部性理论和双元理论,实证检验了 2010-2020年间,政府创新补助对装备制造业双元创新绩效的影响机制和作用机理.研究发现:(1)政府创新补助明显增强装备制造企业双元创新绩效;(2)政府创新补助对装备制造企业独立和合作创新都有显著正向促进作用;(3)独立创新和合作创新模式对装备制造企业双元创新绩效都具有正向影响,但独立创新模式对装备制造业双元创新绩效的影响强于合作创新模式;(4)独立创新模式与合作创新模式在政府创新补助促进双元创新绩效过程中发挥显著中介效应.本研究在理论上,有助于深入理解政府创新补助影响企业创新行为的内在机制;在管理实践上,为我国政府制定装备制造业的创新发展政策,提供理论参考.
Abstract
The equipment manufacturing industry is an important strategic industry related to national security and economic de-velopment.It is of great theoretical and practical value to explore how the government can better help equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve technological innovation breakthroughs.This paper took the listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share equipment manufacturing industry in China as samples and empirical tested the influence mechanism and action mecha-nism of government innovation subsidy on the dual innovation performance of equipment manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2020,based on the externality theory and dual theory.The findings are as follows:(1)Government innovation subsidies signifi-cantly enhance the dual innovation performance of equipment manufacturing enterprises;(2)Government innovation subsidies have a significant positive effect on the independent and cooperative innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises;(3)Both independent innovation and cooperative innovation mode have a positive impact on the dual innovation performance of equipment manufacturing enterprises,but the independent innovation mode has a stronger impact on the dual innovation performance of e-quipment manufacturing enterprises than the cooperative innovation mode.(4)Independent innovation model and cooperative in-novation model play a significant mediating effect in the process of government innovation subsidies in promoting dual innovation performance.In theory,this study is helpful to deeply understand the internal mechanism of government innovation subsidy af-fecting enterprise innovation behavior.In terms of management practice,it will provide some theoretical reference for Chinese government to formulate innovative development policies for the equipment manufacturing industry.
