双重知识网络嵌入对新创集群企业国际创业绩效的影响研究

摘要
如何在集群协同创业复杂情境下通过知识网络嵌入提升国际创业绩效,是新创科技型中小企业亟待解决的难题.本文基于网络嵌入性理论与组织学习理论,选取274家新创集群科技型中小企业为研究样本,构建本土及海外双重知识网络嵌入、跨组织协同学习、跨国创业导向与国际创业绩效关系的理论模型,使用层次回归分析法深入探究双重知识网络嵌入对新创集群科技企业国际创业绩效的影响机理与作用机制.研究发现:双重知识网络嵌入显著正向影响新创集群科技型中小企业国际创业绩效,产生溢出效应与边际效应;双重知识网络嵌入促进跨组织协同学习机制的形成,而跨组织协同学习在双重知识网络嵌入与国际创业绩效间起中介作用;跨国创业导向正向调节双重知识网络嵌入对国际创业绩效的影响,发挥战略引领与行动导向作用.研究结论对于降低科技型中小企业国际创业风险及提升国际创业绩效具有理论与实践指导意义.
Abstract
In the information era,knowledge embedding has played an increasingly important role in the international growth of knowledge-based enterprises.Thus,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the international entre-preneurship performance of the newly-established cluster technological SMEs through dual knowledge network embedding.This study integrated the theories of network embeddedness and organizational learning,and built an analytical framework of the rela-tionship between dual knowledge network embedding,collaborative learning across organizations,transnational entrepreneurial o-rientation,and international entrepreneurial performance of technological cluster SMEs.Through an empirical analysis of 274 sur-vey data samples,the research found that:(1)dual knowledge network embedding has a positive impact on the growth of inter-national entrepreneurial performance of cluster technological SMEs.The embedding of knowledge network can produce positive e-conomic externalities,exert knowledge spillover effects,enhance the stickiness among cluster enterprises,and thus provide con-tinuous momentum for international entrepreneurship;(2)collaborative learning across organizations plays a mediating role be-tween dual knowledge network embedding and international entrepreneurial performance;and(3)transnational entrepreneurial o-rientation can positively adjust the relationship between dual knowledge network embedding and international entrepreneurial per-formance.In theory,this study can help to better understand the internal working mechanism of dual knowledge network embed-ding upon international entrepreneurship performance.In terms of management practice,it has shed lights that the cluster techno-logical enterprises should strengthen the integration and reconstruction of internal and external knowledge networks,transform em-bedded tacit knowledge resources into real international entrepreneurial momentum,and thus achieve the high international entre-preneurship performance.
