绩效反馈对数字化战略选择的影响研究

由于数字化转型的高投入高风险特征,企业容易陷入数字化悖论困境,如何选择合适的数字化战略是企业亟待破解的现实问题.基于最优区分理论和企业行为理论,文章探讨了绩效反馈对数字化战略选择的影响,并进一步考察了正式制度压力与非正式制度压力的调节作用.文章选取中国A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,采用多维固定效应模型和交互效应模型检验假设,实证结果表明:社会期望差距负向影响企业数字化利用战略,却正向影响数字化探索战略;非正式制度压力强化了社会期望差距对数字化利用战略的负向影响,而正式制度压力增强了社会期望差距对数字化探索战略的正向影响.文章揭示了数字化战略选择的机制,厘清了绩效反馈与数字化战略选择之间的理论关系,对制造企业实施数字化转型提供了管理启示.
Due to the high-input and high-risk characteristics of digital transformation,enterprises are prone to fall into the di-lemma of digital paradox.How to choose an appropriate digital strategy is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently for enterprises.Based on the optimal distinctiveness theory and the behavioral theory of firms,this research explored the impact of performance feedback on selection of digital strategies,and further examined the moderating effect of formal and informal institu-tional pressures.This research selected Chinese A-share manufacturing listed companies as the research sample,and adopted the multi-dimensional fixed effect model and interaction effect model to test the research hypothesis.The empirical results showed that the social-desirability gap will have a negative impact on the digital exploitation strategy of enterprises,but a positive impact on the digital exploration strategy.Informal institutional pressure reinforces the negative impact of social-desirability gap on the digital exploitation strategy,while formal institutional pressure reinforces the positive impact of social expectation gap on the digit-al exploration strategy.This paper revealed the mechanism of selection of digital strategies,clarified the theoretical relationship between performance feedback and selection of digital strategies,and provided some management enlightenment for manufacturing companies to implement digital transformation.
