爆炸应力波及爆生气体在损伤岩体中形成的应力场衰减规律及破岩机理是预裂爆破参数计算的基础。根据孔壁初始冲击压力与岩石强度的关系,得出了预裂爆破不耦舍系数范围。然后,分析了损伤岩体中爆生气体形成的静态应力场,得出了预裂爆破形成的初始裂隙圈和炮孔间距。最后,以紫金山露天矿为试验现场,对理论研究进行了验证,为露天矿深孔预裂爆破的施工设计提供了参考依据。
Theoretical Calculation and Application of Ire - splitting Blasting Parameters
The attenuation law of stress field formed by explosion stress wave in damage rock and detonation gas and the rock blasting mechanism are the basis for the computation of pre - splitting blasting parameters. Based on the interrelationship between the initial shock pressures on borehole wall and the rock strength, the value ranges of decoupling coefficient for pre - splitting blasting was obtained. Then, the static stress field formed by detonation gas in damage rock was analyzed, the initial cracked area formed by pre - splitting blasting in damage rock was studied and the space of boreholes was obtained. Finally, the theoretical study was validated in Zijinshan open pit mine.
