电渗析处理含铜酸性废水的实验研究

An Experimental Study on Treatment of Copper-bearing Acid Waste Water by Electrodialysis Process

针对矿山酸性废水铜离子浓度和酸度高的特点,以模拟含铜酸性废水为研究对象进行电渗析处理工艺实验研究。实验结果表明:通过多段电渗析处理后,淡化室的废水Cu2+、H+去除率可达到97.08%和99.20%;浓缩液还可以有效富集废水中的Cu2+、Fe3+、H+等离子,为后续的资源化利用提供了便利。研究工作对含铜酸性废水治理及资源化作出了有益的探索,有助于矿山的可持续发展。
According to the characteristics of the acid mine drainage such as high concentration of copper ion and acid,an experiment to treat copper-bearing acidic waste water by electrodialysis process was carried out.The results of experiment showed that after multistage electrodialysis processing,the removal rates of copper ion and hydrogen ion in the waste water from the desalting chamber could achieved 97.08% and 99.20% respectively,and the copper,iron and hydrogen ions in waste water were enriched in the concentrated solution,this could provide facilitates for the comprehensive utilization of the metal ions as resource.The experimental study is a helpful exploration for the treatment and resource utilization of copper-bearing acid mine drainage,and is favorable for the sustainable development of mine.
