磨料水射流切割能力与岩石参数相关关系研究

选用山西组二1煤层上方30 m内常见的岩石作为靶件,进行了磨料水射流切割试验,对岩石力学参数与切缝深度进行了相关性分析,并借助VHX-2000数码显微镜观测了切缝内壁的显微形貌.结果表明:研究范围内煤层上方岩石主要为粉砂岩、中砂岩、泥岩、砂质泥岩,其次为灰岩和粗砂岩;切缝深度与岩石弹性模量的相关性最强,但也存在一定岩石的切缝深度与其弹性模量存在异常关系,切缝深度与岩石抗压强度的相关性次之,与抗拉强度的相关性最弱;岩石岩性对磨料水射流的切割机理没有影响,岩石晶体主要发生穿晶断裂和沿晶断裂,切缝深度的变化主要受岩石晶体强度、晶体胶结情况和晶体直径等因素影响.
Study on the Correlation Between Cutting Ability of Abrasive Water Jet and Rock Mechanics Parameters
The common rock within 30 m above the coal seam of Shanxi group Ⅱ 1 was selected as the target,and the abrasive water jet cutting test was carried out.The correlation between rock mechanical parameters and kerf depth was analyzed,and the micro-morphology of the inner wall of the cutting seam was observed by means of VHX-2000 digital microscope.The results show that the rocks above the coal seam in the study area are mainly siltstone,medium sandstone,mudstone,sandy mudstone,followed by limestone and coarse sandstone.The correlation between kerf depth and elastic modulus of rock is the strongest,but there is also an abnormal relationship between kerf depth and elastic modulus of rock.The correlation between kerf depth and compressive strength of rock is the second,and the correlation between kerf depth and tensile strength is the weakest.Rock lithology has no effect on the cutting mechanism of abrasive water jet.Rock crystals mainly undergo transgranular fracture and intergranular fracture.The change of kerf depth is mainly affected by factors such as rock crystal strength,crystal cementation and crystal diameter.
