Research and Practice on Mining Method Optimization of a Phosphate Mine
A mining method optimization model based on game theory combination weighting and TOPSIS method was proposed to address the issues of subjective indicator weights and insufficient information utilization in current mining method optimization, relying on a certain phosphate mine.A mining model was established using Rhino Griddle method, and the distribution law of stope stress, displacement, and plastic zone in different mining schemes were studied using FLAC3D software.Quantitative safety indicators were obtained, and economic and labor productivity indicators were introduced. The subjective and objective weights were determined using AHP and CRITIC methods, respectively.Based on game theory, the subjective and objective weights were optimized and combined to obtain a comprehensive weight. And the closeness of each method was calculated by TOPSIS scheme, and then the most suitable mining method for the phosphate mine can be determined. The results show that the relative closeness of Scheme 1,Scheme 2,and Scheme 3 are 36.3%,78.1%,and 41.5%,respectively.Scheme 2 is the optimal mining method.Practice has shown that the production capacity of the mining site has been improved by 14.49%,the ore loss rate has been reduced by 5 percentage points, and the ore mining cost has been reduced by 10.74 yuan/t.The research results can provide some reference for similar mines in China.
