Research on Mining Plan Optimization Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
In order to overcome the difficulty of accurately solving the production plan of open-pit mines,an optimization method of mining plan based on improved genetic algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the objective function was constructed by using the technical and economic parameters such as mining cost,concentrate price,ore recovery rate,waste rock mixing rate,concentrate grade and mixed waste rock grade,and the model was constructed with annual mining amount and annual stripping amount as constraints.Secondly,the traditional genetic algorithm was improved by introducing the catastrophe operator to avoid the algorithm falling into prematurity.Finally,the performance of the proposed algorithm was verified by comparing the results of the algorithm.The results show that the proposed method can effectively deal with the problem of open-pit mining plan under constraint conditions,and a better open-pit mining plan can be found in a short time.Compared with other methods,the proposed method has great advantages in parameter setting,model construction and operation time.
