Research on Stability Control Technology of Surrounding Rock of the Roadway Before and After Roof Cutting in the Process of Face to Face Mining
In order to solve the problems of serious deformation and difficult support of surrounding rock in the process of gob-side entry retaining during face to face mining,taking A1 10607 return airway of Wenjiaba Coal Mine as the engineering background,the stability of surrounding rock before and after roof cutting in the process of gob-side entry retaining during face to face mining was studied by means of numerical simulation,laboratory test and field measurement.The results show that the pre-splitting roof cutting reduces the stress superposition effect of the overlying strata,and the displacement and stress changes of surrounding rock of the roadway are greatly reduced compared with those without roof cutting.When the excavation face lags 20 m behind the mining face,the peak stress of the small coal pillar and the solid coal side reaches the maximum.With the advancement of the excavation and the mining face,the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway gradually increases and finally tends to be stable.In the range of+20 to-60 m,the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway after roof cutting is greatly reduced compared with that of the uncut roadway,and the maximum reduction is at-60 m.The amount of roof and floor movement is reduced by 40.7%,and the amount of two-sides movement is reduced by 33.3%.The impact of gob-side entry retaining during face to face mining(strong mining roadway)is severe.From the beginning of the excavation to the completion of the adjacent working face,the roadway needs to experience the mining disturbance of the working face and the disturbance of the roadway excavation,which is bound to cause the overburden movement of the roadway along the goaf,making the roadway maintenance more difficult.Based on this,a stability control scheme of surrounding rock structure of strong mining roadway with"unloading-solid-support"collaborative control technology as the core is proposed.The field application shows that the technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway and realize the stability control of surrounding rock of strong mining roadway.
