近距离下煤层巷道迎采掘进稳定性分析及控制技术研究

为研究近距离下煤层巷道迎采掘进稳定性问题,以新安煤矿31采区13上06工作面回采过程中13下06掘进巷道迎采掘进问题为研究对象,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法对近距离下煤层迎采掘进巷道稳定性进行了研究.通过对采场的支承压力影响范围、底板破坏深度以及下煤层回采巷道变形量、塑性区范围、锚杆锚索受力变化等因素进行数值模拟,研究上下煤层间开采的相互影响程度,为合理确定上煤层回采与下煤层巷道掘进安全距离提供依据.研究结果表明,上煤层工作面回采动压对下煤层工作面巷道掘进影响范围为+30~-30 m,建议当采空区推采工作面距材料巷掘进迎头30 m时,下煤层回采巷道停止掘进,当采空区推采工作面距材料巷掘进迎头-30 m时,下煤层回采巷道恢复掘进,停止掘进期间应采用单体支柱进行加固.
Stability Analysis and Control Technology of Close-Distance Lower Coal Seam Roadway for Mining Excavation
In order to study the stability of close-distance lower coal seam roadway for mining excavation,taking the mining excavation problem of 13 lower 06 roadway in the mining process of 13 upper 06 working face in No.31 mining area of Xin'an Coal Mine as the research object,the stability of close-distance lower coal seam roadway for mining excavation was studied by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Through numerical simulation on the influence range of the abutment pressure of the stope,the depth of the floor failure,the deformation of the lower coal seam mining roadway,the range of the plastic zone,the change of the force of the anchor rods and cables,as well as the mutual influence degree of the mining between the upper and lower coal seams was studied,so as to provide a basis for reasonably determining the safe distance between the upper coal seam mining and the lower coal seam roadway excavation.The results of the study show that the influence range of the mining dynamic pressure of the upper coal seam working face on the roadway excavation of the lower coal seam working face is from+30 m to-30 m.It is recommended that when the pushing face of the goaf is 30 m away from the head of the material roadway,the lower coal return roadway stops excavating,and when the pushing face of the goaf is-30 m away from the head of the material roadway,the lower coal return roadway resumes excavating.During the cessation of excavating,reinforcement should be carried out by means of monolithic pillars.
