Monitoring Analysis and Control Technology of Floor Heave Deformation in Railway Transportation Roadway of Zhongguang Iron Mine
Deformation of the roadway surrounding rocks is one of the crucial factors affecting their stability.In response to the problem of floor heave deformation in railway transportation roadway of Zhongguan Iron Mine,a laser scanner was used to obtain the target point cloud data after roadway deformation and perform noise reduction processing.To overcome the problem of missing source point cloud data before roadway deformation,NURBS surface modeling technology was used to construct the source point cloud data before deformation,and griddle grid tool was used for encryption.On this basis,the deformation of the roadway was calculated and analyzed using the point-to-point(P2P)distance and K-nearest neighbor algorithm.The results show that 85.8%of the deformation values of the floor heave in the area are above 30 cm and exhibit obvious non-uniformity.Based on the deformation law of the roadway floor heave and combined with on-site practice,a combined support and repair plan of reverse bottom arch+anchor mesh spray+short anchor cable was proposed,and the stability of the repaired surrounding rock was analyzed.Engineering practice shows that the deformation trend of the roadway has been effectively controlled,with a total displacement of 52 mm for the roof and floor,and a maximum deformation of about 39 mm for both sides of the roadway.There is no obvious floor heave phenomenon again.
