The added value of coal increases with the decrease of ash content,but the deep deashing technology of coal has not been applied in industry.Taking anthracite coal as the research object,the deep deashing of anthracite was carried out by flocculation enhanced flotation method.The mechanism of flocculation was investigated based on the experimental results of particle size,XRD and contact angle.The influences of slurry concentration,collector dosage,foaming agent dosage and flocculant dosage on flotation effect were explored by single variable method.The results show that when the slurry concentration is 80 g/L,the collector dosage is 2 kg/t,the foaming agent dosage is 1 kg/t,the dispersant dosage is 2 kg/t and the polyoxene dosage is 5 g/t,the flotation effect is the best.Compared with the traditional flotation method,the flocculation-enhanced flotation method can obtain a higher recovery rate of cleaned coal combustible and a lower ash content of cleaned coal.The ash content of raw coal is reduced from 10.15%to 1.98%,and the flotation efficiency is improved.The research results can provide some reference for high value-added utilization of coal.
