Flow Characteristics of Vertical Transportation System for High Well Deep Fuel Pipeline in Mines
Taking the vertical transportation system of underground fuel pipeline in Longshou Mine of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object, combined with the actual situation of the mine,a simulation model of the vertical transportation system of fuel pipeline was built, and the pressure distribution of each node in the pipeline under different flow rates was calculated. The pressure distribution in front of and behind the valve under different mass flow rates and different valve closing times during the valve closing process was analyzed, and the method of suppressing the water hammer effect of the vertical transportation system for high well deep fuel pipeline in the mine was proposed. The simulation results show that the installation of pressure reducing valve and check valve, reducing the mass flow rate and increasing the valve closing time can effectively reduce or eliminate the water hammer effect caused by the valve closing process.
