The mineral processing wastewater of a tungsten polymetallic ore in Hunan contains sulfide ore flotation reagent and oxidized ore flotation reagent.The flotation reagent residue in the wastewater is large and the water quality is complex.After the on-site treatment by lime precipitation process,it can be discharged up to the standard,but it can not be reused.There is a serious shortage of water in the dry season.Aiming at the problem that the mineral processing wastewater cannot be reused,a new technology of efficient flocculation clarification and microelectrolysis oxidation flocculation treatment and reuse with CR-2 clarifier and microelectrolysis oxidation and flocculation integrated device as the core was developed.The results show that the effluent quality of the mineral processing wastewater treated by the new technology reaches the first grade standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).Reused in the flotation process of molybdenum and tungsten,the test index can be obtained,which is equivalent to that of on-site clean water,and the effective purification and efficient reuse of mineral processing wastewater are realized.The technology of efficient flocculation clarification and microelectrolysis oxidation flocculation treatment can effectively solve the problem of treatment and reuse of mineral processing wastewater of tungsten polymetallic ore in China,and can provide reference for the treatment and reuse of mineral processing wastewater of similar mines.
