Optimal Selection and Experiment of Strip Cemented Filling Mining Scheme for the First Mining Area of a Deep Phosphate Mine
In order to improve the problems of low recovery rate and poor safety of deep phosphate rock mining by traditional room-and-pillar mining method,a strip cemented filling mining method was proposed.The plastic zone,stress and displacement changes of four working conditions under four mining schemes were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.According to the results determined by numerical simulation,the mining test was carried out in the first mining area.The test results show that considering various factors comprehensively,the optimal mining scheme is determined to be 6 mX12 m,and the optimal mining sequence is"mining one every other one".The strip cemented filling mining method has stable ground pressure and high construction safety in the mining process.Compared with the traditional room-and-pillar mining method,the strip cemented filling mining method increases the amount of ore mined from each strip by 529 t,and the recovery rate increases by 24.28 percentage points,which greatly improves the resource waste caused by the low recovery rate of the traditional room-and-pillar mining method,and increases the profit of the enterprise by about 13%.The research results can provide some reference for the same type of mines.
