山阳煤矿区段煤柱留设宽度优化研究

区段煤柱的尺寸大小和稳定性不仅影响煤炭资源的采出率,还将影响到工作面上覆岩层支承压力的分布情况及巷道围岩稳定性.为解决山阳煤矿区段煤柱留设宽度依据不足这一问题,采用现场调研、理论分析、试验模拟、数值模拟及现场监测的研究方法,分析了 1531工作面区段煤柱合理留设宽度及其稳定性.结果表明,理论计算得出煤柱的合理留设宽度应不小于14.21 m;1531工作面区段煤柱宽度从20 m减小至15 m的过程中,煤柱安全稳定,当区段煤柱减小至15 m时,煤柱两侧出现裂隙;当区段煤柱宽度减小至14 m时,煤柱应力增大至23.81 MPa,煤柱上方覆岩产生裂隙,煤柱有失稳的可能性,因此,试验确定的区段煤柱合理留设宽度为15 m;在13,15,17,20 m不同煤柱宽度条件下,煤柱的塑性区、垂直应力和垂直位移结果均表明区段煤柱宽度可优化至15 m.
Optimization Study on the Setting Width of Section Coal Pillar in Shanyang Coal Mine
The size and stability of section coal pillars not only affect the recovery rate of coal resources,but also affect the distribution of abutment pressure of overburden on the working face and the stability of roadway surrounding rock.In order to solve the problem of insufficient basis for the setting width of section coal pillar in Shanyang Coal Mine,the research methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis,experimental simulation,numerical simulation and field monitoring were adopted to analyze the reasonable setting width and stability of section coal pillars in 1531 working face.The results show that the reasonable setting width of coal pillar is greater than or equal to 14.21 m by theoretical calculation.When the width of section coal pillar in 1531 working face is reduced from 20 m to 15 m,the coal pillar is safe and stable.When the section coal pillar is reduced to 15 m,cracks appear on both sides of the coal pillar.When the width of the section coal pillar decreases to 14 m,the stress of the coal pillar increases to 23.81 MPa,cracks appear in the overburden above the coal pillar,and there is a possibility of instability of the coal pillar.Therefore,the reasonable setting width of the section coal pillar determined by the experiment is 15 m.Under the conditions of different coal pillar widths of 13,15,17,and 20 m,the plastic zone,vertical stress,and vertical displacement results of the coal pillar indicate that the width of the section coal pillar can be optimized to 15 m.
