厚煤层沿空掘巷煤柱留设宽度研究与应用

为确保煤柱和巷道的稳定性,避免煤炭资源的浪费,厚煤层工作面需要确定合理的区段煤柱宽度.在小峪煤矿2202巷道开展小煤柱沿空掘巷技术的研究,通过理论计算、数值模拟和现场监测相结合的方法,确定了厚煤层工作面区段煤柱留设的合理宽度为7.8 m.对掘进、回采期两个阶段的巷道围岩变形进行了监测与分析,结果表明:在掘进过程中,巷道两帮移近量最大值为73 mm,顶底板移近量最大值为62 mm;在回采过程中,巷道两帮移近量最大值为805 mm,顶底板移近量最大值为604 mm,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,且巷道处于应力降低区.研究成果可为类似矿山工作面采用沿空掘巷技术的煤柱宽度确定提供参考.
Research and Application on the Width of Coal Pillars Reserved for Gob-Side Driving Roadway in Thick Coal Seams
In order to ensure the stability of coal pillars and roadway,and to avoid the waste of coal resources,it is necessary to determine a reasonable width of sectional coal pillars in the thick coal seam working face.Research on the technology of small coal pillars for gob-side driving roadway was carried out in 2202 roadway of Xiaoyu Coal Mine.Through a combination of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation,and field monitoring,the reasonable width of coal pillars in the thick coal seam working face was determined to be 7.8 m.Monitoring and analysis were conducted on the deformation of the roadway surrounding rocks during the excavation and mining period.The results show that during the excavation period,the maximum displacement of the two sides of the roadway is 73 mm,and the maximum displacement of roof and floor is 62 mm.During the mining period,the maximum displacement of the two sides of the roadway is 805 mm,and the maximum displacement of the roof and floor is 604 mm.The deformation of the roadway surrounding rock has been effectively controlled and the roadway is in a stress reduction zone.The research conclusion can provide a reference for the determination of coal pillar width using gob-side driving roadway technology in similar mining working faces.
