Analysis of the Position and Influencing Factors of Mineral Rock Impact on the Bottom Plate of the Inclined Orepass
To reveal the impact damage law of mineral rock movement on the bottom plate of the inclined orepass, the movement law and influencing factors of mineral rock in the inclined orepass were studied based on kinematic principles. The motion trajectory equation of mineral rock was established, and the conditions for collision between mineral rock and the bottom plate of the inclined orepass were clarified. The calculation formula for the position of the first collision of mineral rock with the bottom plate of the inclined orepass was obtained. The research results indicate that the initial velocity v0 and its directional angle a,the inclination angle β of the main inclined orepass, and the distance D between the top and bottom of the inclined orepass are the main factors affecting the collision between the mineral rock and the bottom of the inclined orepass. The smaller v0,the larger α,D,and β,the vertical distance h,between the collision position and the entry of the mineral rock into the inclined orepass.Conversely,h1 is smaller. When v0 and α are constant, the larger D and β,the greater h1,and D has a greater impact on the collision position than β.A design and management approach for inclined orepass was proposed, that involves reducing the initial velocity of mineral blocks entering the inclined shaft, selecting a reasonable inclination angle of the main inclined orepass and its distance between the top and bottom plates, reducing the height of the empty orepass. The approach can effectively reduce the probability of collision and mitigate the degree of impact damage of the bottom plate of the inclined orepass.
