Stability Analysis of Pillar and Goaf in Sanguikou Lead-Zinc Mine
Based on the shape distribution of pillars and goafs in Sanguikou Lead-Zinc Mine, combined with the basic situation of the mine, engineering geological conditions, rock mechanics test results and other data, the stability of 80 pillars above 580 m middle section in Sanguikou Lead-Zinc Mine was calculated by area bearing method and Platts theory method. It is concluded that the number of pillars with safety factors of F>1.5、1.0≤F≤ 1.5、F<1.0 is 23,12 and 45 respectively by area bearing method, and the number of pillars in the Platts theory method is 25,12 and 43 respectively.Based on Mathews graphic method, the stability calculation and analysis of 100 goafs above 580 m middle section were carried out.It is concluded that the number of goafs in stable area,no support transition area, support stable area, support transition area and caving area is 44,29,25,2 and 0 respectively. At the same time,FLAC3D software was used to calculate and analyze the typical pillar and goaf.It is concluded that the number of pillars corresponding to F>1.5,1.0≤F≤1.5 and F<1.0 is 46,12 and 22 respectively, and there is a possibility of instability or caving in the goaf near C9-3-07,which is consistent with the actual situation on site. Finally, based on the above research results, the stability of goaf and pillar in the area to be recovered was comprehensively evaluated. The stability of the pillar is divided into three levels:stable, more stable and unstable, and the stability of the goaf is divided into four levels:stable, more stable, more unstable and unstable. The research results are expected to provide theoretical support for the safe and efficient mining of mine pillars and the treatment of goaf in the future.
