Research on Deformation Characteristics and Control Technology Optimization of Roadway Surrounding Rocks in Inclined Coal Seam Mining
In response to the problem of asymmetric large deformation in the inclined coal seam mining roadway, taking the 1183 working face of Changxing Coal Mine as an example, the surrounding rock fragmentation at a 20 m advanced the working face of the roadway was observed, and its loose circle was determined.A numerical model was established to analyze the impact range of mining disturbance on the mining roadway and the stress evolution law and the deformation characteristics of the roadway surrounding rocks were studied. The results show that within a range of 30 m from the mining face, the deformation of the mining roadway is relatively large, which is a severely affected area of mining disturbance. As the distance from the mining face increases, the impact of mining disturbance on the mining roadway decreases. In order to control the deformation of the roadway,a joint support scheme was proposed for the surrounding rocks, consisting of anchor rods, anchor cables, and mesh, supplemented by grouting reinforcement and"roof pulling and floor controlling".Grouting reinforcement can improve the integrity of the surrounding rocks, and injecting anchor rods at a certain angle to the roof or floor of the roadway can improve the overall integrity of the surrounding rocks.Practice has shown that the combined support scheme can effectively solve the problem of large deformation of mining roadway in inclined coal seam under strong mining disturbance.
