Muscle Fatigue Analysis of Monorail Crane Driver Based on Surface Electromyography Signal
As a kind of underground transportation locomotive in coal mine, the working environment of monorail crane will cause problems such as the comfort of underground operators. In order to analyze the fatigue status of the main muscles of the monorail crane driver, the EMG tests were carried out on 16 muscles that were prone to fatigue, and the integrated EMG value(iEMG)and root mean square value(RMS)of the signal were extracted.Combined with time domain analysis and multiple nonlinear regression analysis methods,iEMG and RMS were used as independent variables, and fatigue was used as dependent variable to analyze muscle fatigue characteristics. The results show that the muscle fatigue of the driver in the process of getting on and off is much greater than that of the locomotive walking. In the process of locomotive operation, because the driver needs to use his right foot to stamp on the accelerator pedal to control the locomotive walking, the rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius and soleus muscles in the right lower limb muscles of the driver are fatigued, and the fatigue of the gastrocnemius muscle is the largest. In order to avoid the driver's excessive fatigue of one side of the muscle, the cab operating elements should be arranged on both sides to reduce the utilization rate of one side of the muscle, reduce the driver's operating fatigue and improve the driving comfort.
