Safe and Efficient Construction Technology of Deep Crushing Station in Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area
Aiming at the problems of complex engineering geological conditions,poor stability of rock mass and high engineering density of rock mass around the chamber in the construction of underground crushing plant in 610 m level of Jinchuan No.2 mining area,combined with the results of field engineering investigation and preliminary geological survey,the high-efficiency construction technology scheme of deep crushing plant was determined,which adopted the upper slope relay guide method,from the upper slope relay guide of large cargo road to the top of the chamber,and then layering and brushing to complete the chamber.The technical parameters are as follows:the width and height of the excavation section of the guide chamber are 4.00 m and 3.75 m respectively,the slope of the guide chamber is 22°26′51",and the three stratification heights are 4.2 m,3.5 m and 4.7 m respectively.At the same time,the four aspects of ventilation system,hair removal system,power system and auxiliary equipment can ensure the smooth construction of the crushing chamber after system configuration.Finally,the construction technical parameters,construction sequence and process of the crushing chamber are optimized and adjusted to ensure the sequence connection with the surrounding adjacent projects.The implementation results of the project show that the design scheme is reasonable and the stability of the chamber is good,which breaks through the technical problems of construction under the conditions of complex engineering geology,poor stability of rock mass and high density of rock mass engineering,and can provide technical reference for related fields.
