Research on Key Parameters of Slope Enlarging Engineering of Near-horizontal Composite Coal Seam Open-Pit Mine
With the change of internal and external environment,open-pit mines need to increase capacity to obtain greater economic benefits, and the stope slope enlarging is a more economical means of capacity improvement.Based on the problem of composite coal seam open-pit mine slope enlarging, three expansion modes including advanced mode, delayed mode and synergistic mode in the slope enlarging area were analyzed.Focusing on the synergistic development mode, the key parameters such as the working line length, the slope enlarging angle and the completion time of the slope enlarging were studied.Given the constraints to production stripping ratio and hauling distance,a method for determining the optimal working line length was proposed.Combined with the slope enlarging angle constraint given by the slope enlarging process, the calculation method of the optimal slope enlarging angle was derived by analyzing the equipment layout patterns.Combined with the actual situation, the slope enlarging time was analyzed. The research results show that taking a composite coal seam open-pit mine as an engineering example, the reasonable working line length after the slope enlarging is determined to be 1000 m,the slope enlarging angle is 60°,and the slope enlarging time is 20 months. The research results can provide a reference for the implementation of open-pit mine slope enlarging engineering.
