交椅山磷石膏渣场堆积坝稳定性研究

堆积坝的稳定性对于保障尾矿库的安全至关重要.采用工程勘察资料分析、稳定性计算、数值模拟等方法研究了交椅山磷石膏渣场堆积坝的稳定性.结果表明:堆积坝高程在942 m时,正常工况及洪水工况下的稳定系数满足规范要求,排渗失效工况下极有可能发生溃坝;堆积坝高程为998 m时,干堆磷石膏以总坡比1∶2.5堆存,坝体处于不安全状态;交椅山磷石膏渣场堆积坝以干堆形式加高是可行的.干堆磷石膏密度宜取1.32 g/cm3;堆积坝总外坡比宜取1∶2.6;应加强坝体的排渗以及浸润线的监测.研究成果可为国内外磷石膏渣场堆积坝加高提供参考.
Study on the Stability of the Stacking Dam of Jiaoyishan Phosphogypsum Slag Field
The stability of the stacking dam is very important to ensure the safety of the tailings reservoir.The stability of the stacking dam of Jiaoyishan phosphogypsum slag field was studied by means of engineering investigation data analysis,stability calculation and numerical simulation.The results are concluded as follows.When the elevation of the stacking dam is 942 m,the stability coefficients under normal and flood conditions meet the requirements of the specifications,and the dam failure is very likely to occur under the condition of seepage failure.When the elevation of the stacking dam is 998 m,the dry stacking of phosphogypsum is stored at a total slope ratio of 1∶2.5,and the dam body is in an unsafe state.It is feasible to heighten the stacking dam of Jiaoyishan phosphogypsum slag field in the form of dry stacking.The density of dry stacking phosphogypsum should be 1.32 g/cm3.The total external slope ratio of the stacking dam should be 1∶2.6,and the seepage discharge of the dam body and the monitoring of the saturation line should be strengthened.The research results can provide a reference for the heightening of the stacking dam of phosphogypsum slag field at home and abroad.
