基于5G通信的露天矿矿用卡车采掘运输自动化控制方法

针对露天矿场工况环境复杂,矿用卡车采掘运输过程中控制难度大、控制耗时长等问题,提出基于5G通信的露天矿矿用卡车采掘运输自动化控制方法.首先,构建适用于露天矿场的5G通信系统,实时采集矿用卡车作业数据.其次,建立矿用卡车运动学模型,并通过改进的A*算法规划矿用卡车采掘运输参考轨迹,引入自适应预瞄策略确定期望控制率.最后,采用粒子群优化算法获取最优预瞄距离,并将其应用于矿用卡车轨迹跟踪控制中,实现对露天矿矿用卡车采掘运输的自动化控制.试验结果表明:矿用卡车在弯道行驶中的横向误差最大为0.07 m,航向角误差最大为0.05 rad;上下坡行驶中的上坡横向误差最大为0.13 m,下坡横向误差最大为0.12 m;避障行驶中的横向误差最大为0.10 m,航向角误差最大为0.05 rad,且最大计算时间不超过30 ms,表明该方法实现了对矿用卡车采掘和运输过程的精准控制,降低了事故发生率,提升了露天矿开采的安全性和效率.
Automatic Control Method for Mining and Transportation of Mining Truck in Open-Pit Mine Based on 5G Communication
Aiming at the complex working environment of open-pit mines,the difficulty and the time-consuming of control in the process of mining and transportation of mining trucks,an automatic control method of mining and transportation of mining trucks in open-pit mines based on 5G communication was proposed.Firstly,a 5G communication system suitable for open-pit mines was constructed to collect operation data of mining trucks in real time.Secondly,the kinematics model of mining trucks was established and the reference trajectory of mining and transportation of mining trucks was planned by improved A*algorithm,and the adaptive preview strategy was introduced to determine the expected control rate.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to obtain the optimal preview distance and applied to the trajectory tracking control of mining trucks,achieving automated control of mining and transportation of mining trucks in open-pit mines.The experimental results show that in curved driving,the maximum lateral error of the mining truck is 0.07 m,and the maximum heading angle error is 0.05 rad.During uphill and downhill driving,the maximum lateral error during uphill driving and downhill driving is 0.13 m and 0.12 m,respectively.During obstacle avoidance driving,the maximum lateral error is 0.1 m,the maximum heading angle error is 0.05 rad.The maximum calculation time does not exceed 30 ms.The results indicate that this method achieves precise control of mining and transportation processes,reduces accident rates,and improves the safety and efficiency of open-pit mining.
