基于新型耐低温捕收剂的铁矿反浮选脱硅试验研究

针对关宝山选矿厂目前采用加温反浮选工艺存在的浮选成本高、能源消耗大等问题,采用实验室研制的新型耐低温捕收剂KDB-1在低温(10~16 ℃)下进行反浮选试验.试验结果表明,在矿浆pH为11.0、捕收剂KDB-1用量为1 500 g/t、抑制剂苛化淀粉用量为700 g/t、活化剂氧化钙用量为1 000 g/t的粗选条件下,对关宝山铁矿浮选给矿进行"一粗一精三扫"的浮选闭路试验,可获得铁精矿品位66.50%、铁回收率87.64%、铁尾矿品位20.51%的优良指标.研究表明,新型耐低温捕收剂KDB-1在高效分选的同时可实现节能环保、降本增效.
Experimental Study on Reverse Flotation Desiliconization of Iron Ore Based on New Low-Temperature Resistant Collector
In view of the problems of high flotation cost and high energy consumption in the current heating reverse flotation process in Guanbaoshan beneficiation plant,the reverse flotation test was carried out at low-temperature(10-16 ℃)using a new low temperature resistant collector KDB-1 developed in the laboratory.The test results show that under the conditions of rough selection of pulp pH of 11.0,collector KDB-1 dosage of 1500 g/t,inhibitor causticized starch dosage of 700 g/t,and activator calcium oxide dosage of 1000 g/t,the flotation closed-circuit test of one roughing,one cleaning and three scavenging was carried out on the flotation of feed ore in Guanbaoshan Iron Mine,and the excellent indexes of iron concentrate grade of 66.50%,iron recovery rate of 87.64%and iron tailings grade of 20.51%were obtained.The research shows that the new low-temperature resistant collector KDB-1 can achieve energy saving,environmental protection,cost reduction and efficiency increase while separating efficiently.
