Transforming Platform into Change:Research on the Trigger Mechanism of Knowledge Employees'Active Change Behavior in Coal Mine Enterprises
In order to effectively trigger knowledge employees'active change behavior and promote the intelligent transformation of coal mining enterprises under the goal of"double carbon",a cross-level theoretical model of multi-level oriented platform leadership and knowledge employees'active change behavior with supportive organizational atmosphere and constructive responsibility perception as mediating variables was constructed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 26 knowledge teams(including 26 team leaders and 239 team members)in 15 national intelligent demonstration coal mines.The results show that multi-level oriented platform leadership,supportive organizational atmosphere and constructive responsibility perception have a significant positive impact on knowledge employees'active change behavior.Supportive organizational atmosphere plays a cross-layer mediating role between organization-oriented platform leadership and active change behavior.Constructive responsibility perception plays a cross-layer mediating role between individual-oriented platform leadership and active change behavior.The supportive organizational atmosphere positively stimulates constructive responsibility perception,and the two play a chain mediating role between organizational-oriented platform leadership and active change behavior.
